The hotel’s location in a residential area felt peaceful and allowed us to escape the touristy noise, which we loved. Our Junior Suite was spacious for a family of four, with enough room to unpack our luggage easily. I appreciated the fresh air from opening the windows, and the little balcony provided a nice outdoor spot. A convenience store right next door made grabbing snacks super easy. On the downside, accessing our room key at night was a little tricky due to the key locker system. Also, the stairs next to our room posed a bit of a challenge with our luggage. Lastly, a few more coffee sachets would have been appreciated. Overall, the stay was enjoyable due to the comfort and space, but some tweaks could enhance the experience.

My room was cozy and nice, but the 500m walk from the station was tough with luggage.

The room felt spacious for Tokyo standards, ideal for our family. Quiet location near multiple parks kept my kids entertained. Staff were consistently attentive, and I appreciated the stocked amenities. Just a bit tricky accessing the key at night due to the key box outside.

The room featured Shiseido products in the bathroom, adding a touch of luxury. City vistas from the suite provided a refreshing backdrop, enhancing the overall experience.
Accessing the station required a 10-15 minute walk, which can be quite a trek after a long day. The reception's operating hours were limited, and the low lights in the reception area posed a safety risk—more than one guest, including myself, found those lights quite annoying. Additionally, the beds were harder than I prefer, and the reception staff overlooked a late checkout request, which could use better attention in the future.

Spacious rooms perfect for families
We really enjoyed our stay, especially the spacious Junior Suite that comfortably accommodated our family of four with two queen beds. The location was fantastic, just a 15-minute walk to Ginza and about 10 minutes to the Tsukiji Fish Market. Having a convenience store right next door was super handy for late-night snacks. However, the check-in process at night could use clearer directions for the key locker system to make it easier for late arrivals.

pleasant stay with a few minor issues
The Junior Suite offered fantastic space for our family of four, allowing us to truly relax during our visit. The Shiseido products in the bathroom added a luxurious touch. The view from our suite showcased delightful city vistas that enhanced our experience. We were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the apartment.
Accessing the key at night was slightly inconvenient due to the key locker system.
